The hardest time when learning to play the guitar is the when you are just starting out. But, it doesn't have to be so difficult. With our Beginner Guitar Course, you will learn to play with our simple and effective approach that eases you into playing gradually. You'll be playing real music before you know it!

The Beginner Guitar Course takes you through our entire White Belt level for the guitar. Students taking private lessons typically complete the White Belt level in 6 - 8 months. However, with the Beginner Guitar Course, you can fast-track the whole process and work through the White Belt in just four (4) months!

The Beginner Guitar Course is ideal for anyone with limited or no experience playing the guitar.

It is also a great introduction to the guitar for musicians of other instruments - drummers, singers, keyboardists, etc.

How Does The Course Work?

The Beginner Guitar Course consists of fourteen (14) one-hour lessons which are taught over a four month period. In these sessions, you will learn new concepts, songs, and techniques, as well as have the opportunity to ask questions, seek out help and advice from your instructors, and even play with other musicians.

At the LCCM, we believe in the use of standards to make the process of learning consistent, reliable, and repeatable. We take all the guess work out of learning to play the guitar! While working through the course, you will know exactly what you are supposed to work on to keep your playing moving forward.

How Much Does the Course Cost?

Tuition for this four month-long course is just $300 and includes all lesson materials, as well as a FREE beginner guitarist gear package. That's actually LESS than the price of taking four months of weekly, 30-min private lessons!

Do I Need My Own Guitar to Take the Course?

Yes, you will need an instrument that you can practice with at home and at your lessons. If you do not currently have a guitar of your own, the LCCM offers rental guitar packages and discounts on instrument purchases for students.
